What’s Your Focus: Strength vs. Weakness

Forget your weakness – focus on your strengths. Your strength is like a unique selling point that gives you an advantage over other companies when working with your customers.

Many people that focus on their weakness get things that are very even in many different areas and this is great for muscle building at the gym – you will be proportioned. However, if you want to be extraordinary in an area you need to give focus to that thing. This focus will build it to levels where no competitor can ever over take you.

As for your weaknesses, it is best to find super stars or Jedi masters that can take care of the areas that you are not strong in. Find super stars where your weakness is actually their strength. It was one thing that Steve Jobs was very good at was finding the right people that could be part of the powerful team.

Your main focus should be on strengths that build and grow your business such as products, building new connections, and marketing. It’s these tasks that will evolve your company to that next level.
